After a brief
introduction you will be presented with a list of options.
You may say or press on your telephone keypad the appropriate number as shown
below. Remember to wait for the beep before speaking.
After you have made your selection, you will be asked to enter your account
number and security code. Again, you may say or press your account number and
security code. If you say your account number and security code, be sure to wait
for the beep between speaking the numbers. Your account balance will then be
played automatically. It's that simple!
